I toured two unique venues today: City Lights Brewing Company and Venue Forty Two. Both very different venues, they have something in common and that is beer!
City Lights Brewing offers indoor seating for 100 people in this 1902 rehabbed building, ask about the history behind the bricks! They have a tented outdoor area for 200 additional seats. The brewery runs along the Milwaukee River and they have a wonderful complex and outdoor space. Add in a great band outdoors, it makes for a fun evening! Venue Forty Two - Is located in the heart of Pabst Brewery area and also in a rehabbed warehouse. It features five different spaces: office suites, a bar area for the office suites or it could be used for a reception and then the restaurant, Venue Forty Two event space overlooking Fiserv Forum and the downtown Milwaukee skyline and then Milwaukee Brewing Company is also headquartered in the same space. A lot of glass separate the spaces, they have a living plant wall, the roof over the event space and restaurant allow plenty of natural light to come through so it always looks bright, even on a cloudy day. They have a hidden gem, which is their rooftop patio in two different areas, both with panoramic views of the immediate neighborhood and Milwaukee skyline. Sit down dinner for up to 180 in Venue 42 and the entire space is available for a buyout for groups as well. Consider both spaces for your next event! #Citylightsbrewing #VenueFortyTwo #corporateevents #Visitmilwaukee Comments are closed.
