Gleesing Earns Certificate in Pandemic On-Site Protocol

Kathryn Gleesing, MBA, CMP, DMCP was recently awarded a Certificate in Pandemic On-Site Protocol through Event Leadership Institute. Gleesing is owner of Dm-Connection and Events and felt it was extremely important to have this certification as events start to come back.  "Safety of my clients is the top priority and after having taken this certification, it opened my eyes that a lot of work needs to be done in preparation for the event especially after the pandemic. Communication is critical to the attendees, vendors and staff in order to keep everyone safe. The design of the event space with good air flow is crucial and having safety measures on site like temperature checks and mask wearing is extremely important. We can have safe, successful events, it will take more time and effort to do this, but it will be well worth it in the long run".
