The City of Milwaukee has been chosen to host the 2020 Democratic National Convention. The other cities that were also competing were: Miami and Houston. The Convention will bring an economic impact of $200 million dollars directly to the city with 50,000 people spending 4-6 days in Milwaukee staying in 15,000 hotel rooms from July 13-16, 2020. The media exposure for the city will also be phenomenal. The convention will take place at Fiserv Forum, the new state of the arena that opened in 2018.
