Creating Instagrammable Cocktails

Sounds intriguing, doesn't it?  Meeting professionals are always being challenged with coming up with clever ways to display food or drinks.  A recent article featured in PCMA's Convene, details how a Seattle based author and entrepreneur, Kathy Casey has created some instagrammable cocktails for events.  Attendees want that wow factor, something they can put on their social media pages.  She featured a drink in a bag at a Florida event last Fall and it was a huge hit.  She also features ways to add the garden to a glass and for a pop of color, adding flower pedals to a cocktail.  You can read the entire article, which also includes several recipes on the cocktails mentioned here.
