A recent article appearing in Smart Meetings magazine spoke to the value that DMC's bring to a meeting professional. Because of the volume of business a DMC handles in a destination, they are able to obtain a lower price for services than someone contacting the vendor directly and that cost savings is passed along to the client. They also know the destination extremely well and have contacts for venues you may not be able to get into for an event. “DMCs pride themselves on creativity, and want to give the client the biggest impact for their spend.”
